First subscription charge
If SVG Line Tracer Pro does not work for your intended workflow, request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription charge. Send the Stripe receipt email or the email used at Checkout to support@haywiresoftware.com.
Starter Packs
You may request a refund for an unused Starter Pack within 14 calendar days of purchase. A pack is considered used after any included credit has been redeemed. Partially used packs are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, verified service failures, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable because subscription management and cancellation remain available before renewal. We will review accidental renewals, duplicate charges, service failures, and requests required by applicable law individually.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; Pro access normally continues through the current paid period.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunded Starter Pack credits may be removed from the associated balance. Bank processing time varies and is outside Haywire's control.
